money treeOn September 1, 2008 Fannin County Habitat for Humanity announced a $5,000 matching grant opportunity for cash gifts to its Honey Grove Construction Program.

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, all  cash donations to Fannin County Habitat’s Honey Grove Construction Program for this fall will be matched dollar for dollar, until $5,000 in matching funds is reached. In other words, your $10 gift will add up to $20; your $100 will add up to $200; your $1,000 gift will add up to $2,000!

This fall you and Fannin County Habitat can boldly respond to the call for building simple, decent homes in Fannin County. Join us as we seek to raise the $100,000 we will need by fall of 2009 to provide more Habitat homes for hard working, deserving families in our county. Please help us meet our goal!  Send your gift today to P. O. Box 125, Bonham, TX  75418.  Questions about the matching grant program can be directed to the Habitat office at 903-640-1439.

Fannin County Habitat for Humanity builds simple and affordable homes in
partnership with those in need of decent housing. Partner families invest
hundreds of hours of sweat equity in their homes - then purchase the houses
at no profit, through interest-free loans.

We raise all our funds locally and receive no funding from Habitat for Humanity International.
